Born in Valencia, Venezuela in 1992, AngryLatina is a Montreal-based surrealist and conceptual artist whose work delves into themes of femininity, surrealism, magical mysticism, and the abstraction of the human form.
With a background in black and white film photography, drawing, and collage, her artistic practice embraces medium and large-format film photography to deepen her exploration of mundane yet powerful moments.
Her work frequently employs long and multiple exposures, creating layered compositions that depict surrealist imagery and concepts, as well as the abstraction of the human form.
